We are thrilled to announce the first-ever Mount Hope Farm Festival of Trees! We invite local businesses, organizations, families, and individuals to celebrate the season by sponsoring and decorating a holiday tree at Mount Hope Farm! Your tree will be displayed in the historic Governor Bradford Inn throughout the festival, spreading holiday cheer while showcasing your creativity and community spirit. Every tree will be available for bidding! Guests can take home a one-of-a-kind festive holiday tree, with all proceeds supporting the care of Mount Hope Farm’s land and animals. Sponsors will receive an official donation letter for tax purposes.

Join us in making the season merry and meaningful at Mount Hope Farm! Gather your coworkers, family, or friends and make tree decorating a festive tradition, or a team-building experience!

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Choose your tree Select any tree, no higher than 3 feet tall.

2. Decorate your tree Provide your own tree and decorations. Get creative, have fun, and make it uniquely yours!

3. Tell us about your tree Provide your company or organization logo, if applicable, and save your purchase receipts. We will create a display card featuring your logo and the approximate retail value of the tree and decorations before discounts.

4. Set up your tree Tree setup will take place: Monday, November 9 – Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 9:30 am – 4:30 pm at the Governor Bradford Inn. You can make an appointment with the office for a tree-decorating reservation. Please save the original boxes or containers for your tree and decorations so the winning bidder can take everything home safely.

  • Invitation to our : Private Sponsor Open House November 21, 9:00 am – 11:00 am, includes mimosas, coffee, and scones (and treats for the kids as well) Open to the public after the Farmers Market from 11:00 am -2:00 pm.

Tree Bidding:

Bidding will begin at our annual Holiday Sip & Shop: Thursday, November 19 through Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm.

Guests can silently bid on trees and take home their favorite holiday creation. Additional bidding opportunities will be available during regular farm office hours. Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 4:30 pm.

People’s Choice Award:

Festival guests are invited to vote for their favorite tree! The tree receiving the most votes by December 5, 2026, will earn the People’s Choice Award, featuring special recognition during the festival, a $20 gift card to our farmers market, and a farm tote bag filled with market merchandise.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Tree Setup: November 9 – 15, 2026 | 9:30 am – 4:30 pm (appointments will be provided)

  • Festival of Trees: November 16 – December 5, 2026

  • Holiday Sip & Shop Bidding: November 19, 2026 | 5:00 pm –7:00 pm

  • Sponsor Open House: November 21st, 9:00 am – 11:00 am

  • Bidding ends December 6, 2026 Winners will be notified on December 7, 2026 Tree pickup: December 8–12 during business hours.
