About Gene:

As co-anchor of the top rated NBC 10 News at 6, host of the "10 News Conference" political program, and morning host for WPRO radio, Gene has simply, and deservedly, come to be known as "Rhode Island's Anchorman"!

A five-time Emmy winner, and recipient of multiple AP, and Edward R. Murrow awards, Gene is the only person to ever take home 3 "Best of RI" awards in one year!

A NJ native and graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Gene started his career as a desk assistant for WPIX in New York, and also worked at stations in New Jersey and Connecticut. He married his high school sweetheart, Diane, and has three daughters. Gene makes his home in Kent County.

About Dante:

Dante Bellini, Jr. is a former principal of RDW Group, a top communications firm with offices in Boston and Providence. He has been the creative and production force behind hundreds of projects and is a six time Emmy winner, plus both aTelly and Hatch award winner. Now retired from the agency, he currently puts his full time effort into documentary filmmaking, catalyzed by his decades-long association with Ken Burns. His first solo feature was, aptly, Ken Burns: Here & There, an intimate look at the life of the iconic filmmaker, for PBS and broadcast worldwide. He currently has two independent films in production and several others in development.
