South Pasture House

The South Pasture Guest House is a 1930s structure originally used by the Haffenreffer Family as a pool house.  The pool was filled in more than a decade ago and the house now looks out over a sweeping lawn.

The house's southern exposure highlights a fresh color scheme inspired by the beach glass collected on the nearby shores of Mount Hope Bay. Each room in the South Pasture House is accessed through its own separate keyed entrance. The building has a communal kitchen and each room has a private bathroom.

The second floor suite is accessed by a tight spiral staircase and not appropriate for those with mobility issues or small children.
